About

One of the most positive changes I have noticed in the past 35 years as a practicing clinical psychologist, is how people view therapy. Seeking treatment is now considered a sign of resourcefulness and courage. Finally, there is an awareness and appreciation for both mental and physical wellbeing.

I work with individuals across the lifespan. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health diagnoses and am an AASECT-certified sex therapist and member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-based approaches. I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals to find creative and unique ways to foster growth and change.

I am licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota. I provide both in-person and telehealth services.
