In our sessions together, I will meet you with deep compassion, understanding and encouragement. My approach to psychotherapy seeks to address mind, body, emotions and spirit and reconnecting you to your strengths, resources and inner wisdom.

Progress and success in therapy will require getting out of your comfort zone at times and being willing to put forward the effort to change. The rewards will be well worth it! You will not be alone in your effort. I promise, I will walk beside you every step of the way on this exciting journey toward the life you truly desire.

My clinical experience includes grief work, trauma, training in hypnotherapy and many other modalities. I have over 25 years of clinical experience both in a University Hospital and Private practice setting. Currently, I provide individual therapy for adults 18 yrs or older. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in CA and have been licensed through the MN Board of Marriage and Family therapy since 1998. I am also a Board approved Supervisor.
