In 2020, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated that our psychologists begin offering telehealth in Twin Cities. Since then, our patients and psychologists have enjoyed the flexibility telehealth offers for people needing therapy. Our therapists offer CBT, EMDR, and other modalities of treatment through teletherapy with great results. Our psychologist participates from a private office. The visit is not recorded. What you share with us is as confidential as it would be for a traditional in-person visit to our office.
