May is the mental health awareness month in the US. The effects of Pandemic challenge many of us. Whether it’s loneliness and isolation, depression, anxiety, financial worry, grief, and loss, we are all affected in some way.
There are things we can do to protect and improve our mental health. We can get enough sleep, call our friends and family, practice mindfulness breathing techniques. This can have a ripple effect for an entire day and also bring positivity to those around us.
